Thank you for subscribing to Zentune Premium. This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding refunds for premium subscriptions purchased through Patreon.

2. Subscription Terms

All Zentune Premium subscriptions are processed through Patreon and are subject to the following terms:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly depending on your chosen plan
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon account
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

3.1 Technical Issues

  • Extended service outages affecting premium features (more than 48 consecutive hours)
  • Premium features not functioning as described
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges

3.2 Accidental Purchases

  • Refund requests made within 48 hours of initial purchase
  • No premium features have been used during this period

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after using premium features
  • Failure to cancel subscription before renewal
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in service termination
  • Partial month refunds for cancelled subscriptions
  • Discord server being deleted or bot being removed from server
  • User error or misunderstanding of premium features

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us through our Discord server with your refund request
  2. Provide your Patreon email and transaction ID
  3. Explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Wait for our support team to review your request (typically within 3-5 business days)

6. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed through Patreon
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Premium access is immediately revoked upon refund approval

7. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Log into your Patreon account
  • Navigate to Zentune's Patreon page
  • Click “Edit” on your membership and select “Cancel”
  • Your premium benefits will remain active until the end of the billing period
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle

8. Patreon Policies

As subscriptions are processed through Patreon, you are also subject to Patreon's Terms of Use and refund policies. In case of conflict between our policy and Patreon's, Patreon's policy takes precedence.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in:

  • Immediate termination of premium access
  • Permanent ban from future premium subscriptions
  • Additional fees as per Patreon's chargeback policy

10. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
